Shipping & Returns
Priority shipping within the U.S. is FREE on orders over $250. We use USPS Priority Mail for domestic orders and UPS Standard and Expedited service for international orders, but also reserve the right to utilize all carriers to deliver your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. If you have concerns about delivery, please do not hesitate to email us at email@example.com.
Vintage items, books, socks and watch straps may ship separately, and for these items, please allow an additional 7-10 days for delivery. We always reserve the right to ship all books in a given order via USPS Media Mail.
We accept returns on any item in same-as-new condition within 14 days of delivery to a domestic address, and we make it easy to make returns. To return an item, simply ensure that all labels and tags are intact, repackage the item, use the pre-printed return label we provide, and drop the package off at any UPS store free of charge.
Please note that Rowing Blazers only accepts returns on domestic orders of any unworn, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise with all tags still intact within 14 days of delivery, with the following exceptions: Rowing Blazers does not accept any returns of socks, swimwear, underwear, books, vintage items, items marked Final Sale, or any customized blazer (including blazers with added badges); nor does Rowing Blazers accept international returns. Returned merchandise without tags intact, or received 14+ days after the original purchase date will not be accepted.
We work closely with our shipping partners to minimize any potential custom delays for our international customers. The customer is responsible for any applicable duties, tariffs and local taxes. Rowing Blazers occasionally offers promotional free shipping to international customers. To be notified about such promotions by e-mail, please sign up in the lower righthand corner of this page.
From time to time, Rowing Blazers offers the opportunity to pre-order items. You can expect your pre-ordered items to arrive on or before the stated expected delivery date, but please also note that the expected delivery date is an estimate only and is not guaranteed.
Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. You will receive another e-mail with tracking information once your order has shipped. Estimated delivery dates are estimates only and are calculated from the time your order ships. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum but are not responsible for delays caused by third parties including your credit card issuer.
