How does COVID-19 affect my order?

As a small business, we are extremely grateful for your support during this time. Due to COVID delays, shipping may take longer than usual. Please allow an additional 7-10 days for your order to ship. You will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Apple Pay, Paypal, Amazon Payments, Shop Pay, Klarna, as well as many preferred international payment options.

What is Klarna and how can I pay in installments?

Is sales tax added to my order?

All orders to the United States, including territories are subject to local sales tax.

How do I know which size to choose?

We include size guides on many of the product pages of our website. For additional sizing information, please contact us at customerservice@rowingblazers.com.

Which products are excluded from discounts?

Made To Order shirts, blazers, and trousers, watches, books, prints, posters, gift cards, vintage items, club items, and 3rd party vendors are all excluded from discounts.

Can I use a discount code during a sale?

We do not accept discount codes on already discounted items during any promotional periods.

An item I like is out of stock. When will you receive more inventory?

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes. You may purchase gift cards here. Please note purchases outside of the United States cannot be made using a gift card at this time. Gift cards purchased at rowingblazers.com are non-refundable.

How can I change or cancel my order?

You can modify or cancel your order up to an hour after it was placed.  After that time, you are able to return your item in accordance to our return policy here.


What items are non-returnable?

We do not accept any returns of socks, face masks, books, vintage items, items marked Final Sale, items marked Preorder, items purchased during a promotional period, collaborations, or any customized products (including made-to-order shirts, blazers, and trousers).

Is shipping refundable?

Please note that shipping and handling is not refundable.
