Rowing Blazers makes custom blazers for many of the world's most prestigious rowing, rugby, and social clubs. If you are interested in a custom order for your club, team, or institution, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
We offer highly competitive prices for orders of ten blazers or more. All of our blazers are hand-tailored in the United States and Great Britain, using the most traditional techniques and highest quality Italian, British, and American cloth. We can match exact colors and create blazers and trims in completely custom stripes. We can also create custom blazer buttons, goldwork bullion wire badges, and custom neckties, scarves, hats, polo shirts, and rugby shirts - all in the most traditional manner and highest quality.
Jack Carlson - himself a three-time member of the U.S. team, World Championships bronze medalist, Henley winner, and archaeologist - founded Rowing Blazers after writing his book, also called Rowing Blazers, at Oxford and realizing that no company was making proper club blazers anymore. Today, Rowing Blazers is the only club blazer company that does not use polyester or "faux" trim on its blazers; fully hand-tailors every blazer; and employs traditional details like the flattering three-roll two button stance, hidden-stitch patch pockets, and fully finished interior seams.
Rowing Blazers has made blazers for Olympic champions and world record holders, and for some of the world's most elite institutions. These include Leander Club, the U.S. national team, Cambridge University Rugby Union Football Club, Oxford Brookes University Boat Club, the New York Athletic Club, the German national team, London Rowing Club, the University of Washington, the University of Pennsylvania, The Explorers Club, Deerfield Academy, Row New York, Brunswick School, the University of Texas, Project 2020, Temple University, Oxford University Lightweight Rowing Club, Green Lake Crew, Newcastle University, Imperial College Boat Club, Yale and Virginia Polo, Vanke Rowing Club in China, The Brook, Georgetown, Durham University Boat Club, The Varsity in the Netherlands, and the oldest continuously-run sporting event in the world - the Doggett's Coat and Badge Race.
