Notice To Customers:

Please note that our shipping timelines are in addition to the order processing times listed below. Due to a recent high order volume and ongoing industry-wide logistical issues, please allow 7-10 days for your order to ship. (We’re working around the clock to mitigate this!) As always, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email (including tracking information) as soon as it’s on its way.

Our customer service team is receiving a much higher volume of calls and emails than usual. Rest assured we’re addressing each and every customer as quickly as we possibly can, and in the meantime, your patience is greatly appreciated as we catch up with the backlog. Thank you, as always, for your continued support and understanding!




Holiday Shipping & Returns:

For standard shipping, please place your order by 12/12 to receive the items by 12/24. We cannot guarantee orders placed with standard shipping after 12/12 will deliver by 12/24.

All items marked PREORDER are expected to ship separately within the window noted on the product page, and are not guaranteed by 12/24.

We are extending our return window during the holidays. Qualifying US purchases made online between 12/1 - 12/31 may be returned or exchanged until 1/31.

Shipping:

We offer free shipping on all US orders, and free international shipping on orders over $250 or a similar equivalent in global currencies. A flat shipping fee of $25 or a similar equivalent in global currencies will be applied to all orders under the international free shipping threshold.

Orders placed before 1pm EST will begin processing the same day, orders placed after 1pm EST will begin processing on the next business day. Please note, orders placed after 1pm EST on Friday will be processed starting Monday.

We can make any changes or cancellations to your order up to one (1) hour after you complete your purchase. Please e-mail hello@rowingblazers.com if you need to make any modifications. Unfortunately, after (1) hour no modifications can be made. If your existing order is in-transit, we will happily re-route your package to a new address for an additional fee of $40.

If your item is listed as Preorder or Made To Order it is expected to ship within the window noted on the product page separately from the rest of your items, and we will not be able to accommodate 2-day or overnight shipping.

Third party items, vintage items, and books may ship separately, and for these items, please allow an additional 7-10 days for delivery. We always reserve the right to ship all books in each order via USPS Media Mail.

If your order includes an item listed as PREORDER, it will ship separately within the timeline stated on the product's page and we will not be able to accommodate 2-day or overnight shipping.

US Orders:

Ground Shipping: 7-10 Business Days (However, there is a chance of delay as noted above.)

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer 2-Day or Overnight Shipping at this time.

International Orders:

DHL Express Worldwide: 1-4 Business Days

Rates are inclusive of tariffs and local taxes, and duties are calculated at time of checkout unless otherwise noted at time of purchase.

We work closely with our shipping partners to minimize any potential custom delays for our international customers. Please note, in the unlikely event of a customs hold, shipping may take longer due to a customs hold at the point of destination. Returns:

Rowing Blazers will accept returns on domestic orders of any unworn, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise with all tags still intact within 14 days of delivery, with the following exceptions:

Rowing Blazers does not accept any returns of socks, face masks, books, vintage items, items purchased during a sale/promotional period, items marked Final Sale, items marked Preorder, collaborations, or any customized products (including made-to-order shirts, blazers, and trousers); nor does Rowing Blazers accept international returns.

Returned merchandise without tags intact or received 14+ days after the original delivery date will not be accepted.

Please note that shipping and handling is not refundable. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method when the returned merchandise is delivered and received at our warehouse.
