As a small business, we are extremely grateful for your support during this time. Due to COVID delays, shipping may take longer than usual. You will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

What is Klarna and how can I pay in installments?

Is sales tax added to my order?
All orders to the United States, including territories are subject to local sales tax.
How do I know which size to choose?

Which products are excluded from discounts?
Discounts are valid for eligible Rowing Blazers, Arthur Ashe, Warm & Wonderful and Gyles & George merchandise; third party vendors (including Artemis, Boast, Firstport, HOOD, Hozen, Jessica Biales, Jet Set Candy, LFANT, Montserrat New York, Murray’s Toggery, Nantucket v. Hamptons, Smathers & Branson, Sonic Editions, Sperry, The Armoury of St. James’s and Zürner Oceanic), watches, books, prints, posters, vintage items, club and custom items and gift cards are all excluded.

Do you sell gift cards?
Yes. You may purchase gift cards here. Please note purchases outside of the United States cannot be made using a gift card at this time. Gift cards purchased at rowingblazers.com are non-refundable.
How long will shipping take?
Standard Shipping: 7-10 Business Days
2-Day and Overnight Shipping: Orders placed before 1pm EST will begin processing the same day, orders placed after 1pm EST will begin processing on the next business day. Please note, orders placed after 1pm EST on Friday will be processed starting Monday.

You will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Or you can simply log in to your account and track the status of your order here.
How can I change or cancel my order?
We can make any changes or cancellations to your order up to one (1) hour after you complete your purchase. Please e-mail email@example.com or give us a call at (586)576-9464 Monday-Friday 10am - 6pm ET if you need to make any modifications. Unfortunately, after (1) hour no modifications can be made. If your existing order is in-transit, we will happily re-route your package to a new address for an additional fee of $40.
What items are non-returnable?
Rowing Blazers does not accept any returns of socks, face masks, books, watches, vintage items, items from 3rd party brands (including Artemis, Boast, Firstport, HOOD, Hozen, Jessica Biales, Jet Set Candy, LFANT, Montserrat New York, Murray’s Toggery, Nantucket v. Hamptons, Smathers & Branson, Sonic Editions, Sperry, The Armoury of St. James’s and Zürner Oceanic), or items marked Final Sale; nor does Rowing Blazers accept international returns.
Is shipping refundable?
