Before Rowing Blazers launched, we knew we wanted to design an eye-catching pattern that recalled the wild “deck-chair” stripes of club blazers often seen (even today) at the Henley Royal Regatta, Cambridge, and Oxford. We took inspiration from a vintage Jaques croquet wicket and, using only Microsoft Paint, created what would become our signature stripe.
