Masks Are Back (When you purchase one, one will be donated to NYC's Food Bank)

We were grateful for, and humbled by, all of the support and excitement surrounding the face masks we launched online last week (4/23) made from scraps of leftover blazer, suiting, and shirting fabric.

 

 

They sold out far more quickly than we ever would have imagined. Since then, we’ve been working ‘round the clock, right here in New York City’s Garment District, to make more - both for the Food Bank and to make available for purchase (and we are continuing to donate 10% of all sales sitewide to Direct Relief).

 

 

We are restocking limited numbers of select styles from last week (including our trademark “croquet stripe”), based on the bits of fabric we have available, and also releasing masks in nine new fabrics: five club blazer stripes, an extra-soft wide-wale purple corduroy, navy and red blazer solids, and a beautiful suiting chalk stripe. It‘s nice to hear our sewing machines whirring again after a long hiatus; and it feels even better to upcycle these scraps of “waste” fabric for a great cause. In order to maximize our impact, we are now donating one mask to the NYC Food Bank for every mask sold: every $25 order buys one mask for you, and one mask for the Food Bank.
