Babar the elephant first appeared in the 1931 French children's book Histoire de Babar by Jean de Brunhoff, inspired by a story that his wife Cécile invented for their children.

"Babar has a perfect wardrobe and great adventures. He always travels in style: whether he's skiing in Switzerland, picking up an honorary degree at Harvard, or surveying Egyptian ruins,” says Rowing Blazers founder Jack Carlson. “This collaboration is a dream come true.”

We're very proud to be collaborating with our favorite fictional elephant, and to introduce the first Babar x Rowing Blazers collection.

In honor of this capsule, we tapped photographer Tyrell Hampton to shoot A$AP Nast in some of our favorite looks at a chateau in LA.
