Zenith "Surf" Automatic Watch
An unusual stainless steel Zenith "Surf" automatic watch with date. This very handsome, and unusually shaped model, with the winding crown sitting at the 4.30 position, is very classic and easy to wear both casually, and with more formal wear, thanks in part to its shape and more slim case. The watch is powered by a 17 jewel, un-adjusted, automatic Caliber 2572 PC in-house Zenith movement. The case back interior is signed Zenith, along with the trademark logo. This logo also appears on the dial, in the applied badge below the 12 o'clock marker. The metallic silver dial has applied baton markers on the hour, tipped with its original luminous material (except for on the 12, 6 and 9 o'clock positions. The original integrated bracelet wears very comfortably and can be sized inside the deployant buckle (not signed, and likely replaced), along with removable links. The condition of the watch overall is very good. The case and bracelet appear to have been polished, however still remain thick and display good lines. This is a handsome, and unusual versatile watch that is very easy and enjoyable to wear.
Automatic watch with date.
