Provenance

We're naming this jacket in honor of a store we love in Pasadena, California: The Bloke. By choice, we don't work with many retailers; so when we do, it's special.  Most of the shops we love and trust with our brand are in Japan (and happen to be, in our opinion, the world's leading men's shops): United Arrows, Beams Plus, Journal Standard, Maidens.

But there was something about The Bloke - a Japan-influenced Anglo-Ivy-meets-L.A. concept store with a record shop attached to it, in a near-perfect recreation of London's Burlington Arcade - that seduced us. It didn't hurt that owner Jeffery Plansker is a fellow lover of vintage Jags. We're planting our flag in SoCal at The Bloke, and hope you'll check it out.
