“Two words: two cents.” These were the first English words learned by Italian twins Henry and Arthur D’Angelo when they immigrated to America in 1947; soon after, inspired by their new home’s passion for its local teams, the twelve year-old brothers began selling sports memorabilia on the streets of Boston.

Today, ’47 is a global brand anchored by its simple, immutable ethos: a love of sports, an unwavering attention to detail, a passion for quality materials, and, most of all, an attitude that’s “honest, passionate, no bullshit.” We are proud of our ongoing partnership with '47, a longtime favorite of Rowing Blazers founder Jack Carlson (who grew up in Boston).
