About Eastern Sprints

Since 1946, the Eastern Sprints has been the principal east coast college rowing championship. Men’s rowing is not an NCAA sport, and as such its traditional championships don’t always correspond with NCAA conferences. This year’s Eastern Sprints is contested among the eight Ivy League colleges, plus Georgetown, the U.S. Naval Academy, Boston University, Syracuse, Rutgers, Northeastern, Wisconsin, GW, and Holy Cross.
