ZODIAC X ROWING BLAZERS WORLD TIME GMT

Following the popular Super Sea Wolf for Harry’s New York Bar from earlier this year, we’ve once again teamed up with Zodiac for another incredible watch collaboration: this time, a Super Sea Wolf World Time GMT inspired by the infamous “Rochefoucauld” from the 1983 Christmas comedy Trading Places. “THE sports watch of the 1980s. It tells time simultaneously in Monte Carlo, Beverly Hills, London, Paris, Rome, and Gstaad!”

“Rowing Blazers is one of our favorite teams to collaborate with,” according to Zodiac Senior Creative Director Ryan White. “We designed this to be a fun celebration of 80s nostalgia and world travel but also easy to wear and utilitarian in nature.”

THE SPORTS WATCH OF THE 1980S. IT TELLS TIME SIMULTANEOUSLY IN MONTE CARLO, BEVERLY HILLS, LONDON, PARIS, ROME, AND GSTAAD!”

“Jack [Carlson, Rowing Blazers founder] and I had dreamed of creating a real-life Rochefoucauld for years,” explains vintage watch expert Eric Wind. “It was a challenge creating a bezel that shows all of the cities mentioned (not least because four of them are in the same time zone!). But together with the brilliant team at Zodiac, we prevailed — just in time for the holidays.”

“WE DESIGNED THIS [WATCH] TO BE A FUN CELEBRATION OF 80S NOSTALGIA AND WORLD TRAVEL BUT ALSO EASY TO WEAR AND UTILITARIAN IN NATURE.”

Each watch is hand-crafted in Switzerland and is water resistant to 20 atmospheres. In addition to the aforementioned World Time rotating bezel with traditional GMT tracker, features include a black co-branded dial, Super LumiNova hands and markers, and a classic five-link stainless steel bracelet. Also included is an additional #tide strap made from recycled ocean plastics featuring our house zig-zag motif.

The Zodiac x Rowing Blazers World Time GMT is available for purchase here on our site, as well as at zodiacwatches.com. Only 282 units are available.
